“The Stand-up Dialogue is a highly effective and engaging way to spark group conversations around specific topics. Its physical format, combined with storytelling through CampbellBarr examples, quickly draws in even initially reluctant participants. We’re using the exercise to strengthen awareness and understanding of our Speak Up culture and Code of Conduct. Additionally, we’re piloting it as a tool to encourage open dialogue around Privacy.”

Frage 0
Can we start with just one topic?
Absolutely. You can begin with a single session (e.g. on Anti-Bribery or Speak-Up Culture) and expand over time. Many clients choose a phased rollout.
How many people can join a session?
The ideal group size is 10–18 participants. This allows for strong engagement and meaningful discussion. Larger groups can be split into parallel sessions.
What’s included in the training package?
Each session includes a set of professionally designed posters, a facilitator’s guide, response sheets, and optional follow-up materials for internal communication or reinforcement.
Do we need prior training experience to run a session internally?
Not necessarily. Our Train-the-Trainer package equips your team with everything needed, including a walkthrough, co-facilitation option, and ongoing support if desired.
How long does a Stand-up Dialogue session take?
A typical session runs 45–60 minutes. This includes poster exploration, guided group dialogue, and a facilitated wrap-up linking to your Code and key takeaways.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Stand-up Dialogues can be delivered live online using adapted materials and digital tools. The format remains highly interactive and discussion-based.
Can we customize the posters to our Code of Conduct or brand?
Yes. While the core format is proven and structured, posters can be adapted to reflect your Code language, visual identity, or industry-specific examples.
